Speaking of the philosophy behind its brand and FOLK creations, visvim recently updated its site with FOLK Vol. 1, a micro feature explaining the Japanese brand’s thought process behind its product, which of course has received high praise throughout the past few years. HUF 2010 Fall "Hupper" Sneaker Preview

Continuing our coverage of HUF’s new footwear project, Glltn gives us a look into additional colorways of the Hupper model, a canvas hi-top silhouette. The shoes feature an overall clean look, with minimal branding, an “H” adorning the upper, and vulcanized soles adding a modern touch. Five different colorways are seen, all of which can be expected to drop this coming Fall 2010 season through select HUF stockists as well as the brand’s flagship stores.

April 2010 Air Jordan Releases

April has alot of releases for Jordans . Its like enough to get a pair every other day . I'm a sneakerhead so I stay on top of my game . I love Jordans, but I'm not the type to only claim Jordans . My sneaker game varies from Jordans, Adidas, Nikes, etc. At the beginning of summer, I'm gonna post a pic of my collection :) . Its not unexpected, but there’s 17 releases for the month of April 2010. Out of the lineup for the month the two dopest releases are the Air Jordan 6 Retro “Detroit Pistons” and the Perforated Spizike. Other then those you got an Air Jordan 1 Phat which has unofficially released at some retailers already, a Jordan Classic ‘91, three Jordan Flight 45 Highs, Jordan Ol’School III 5/8th, the Jeter Throwback which is available now, two Jordan Flight Team’s, two Jordan TE II Advance’s, two Jordan Icons and two Jordan Accolades, one of which is a Premier model.

Ambitious Thoughts of the Day

So, early this Sunday morning . . . I'm sick and congested and I can't breathe . Rockin' my Jersey shirt , reppin 973 to the fullest ;]. But despite that, I've been working all weekend . Just sketching and networking with the right people . I'm so pissed I couldnt get my Red Ribbon Army Pin ! But, I'll get it in the mail sooner or later . Friday was boring . I'm on lockdown to the fullest, so I don't do anything except for go on the computer, blog, watch tv, talk on my phone, and sketch . I've been pretty busy like trying to get final sketches done . Last night I chilled with my friend, Mujai . . . she can sketch ! I don't understand why she hasn't tried to create her own line . I love my ambition and drive now . Before I used to think what others would say , but they don't matter because I have a passion and I'm pursuing my dreams and goals . Fashion x Music x Art : and that's in order from most influntial to least. I'm living great, just like I'm supposed to . My inspirations remain the same all the time , but every now and then a new person may be added to that list . So shoutout to God, Diggy, Adeen!, Red Ribbon Army, Ricci Steez, & J-Millz. Everything is becoming aligned ; I'm on my way to the top .

MofM 2010 Fall/Winter Collection Preview‏

The designers, Yuya Noguchi and Masakazu Kukuyama, found inspiration from Hitchcock and the rock-star flow . They previewed some of the pieces of the Fall/Winter Collection . The new collection consists of pieces including jackets, blazers, backpacks, boots and more. You can pre-order at Glaice . They have some other old pieces there too .

Everybody talking about how Hov ripped off other shoes . But, it's like he can do that...he can do whatever he wants . I think these are better than the others . It's street, but preppy/classy at the same time . And on top of that, there affordable . Only $70 at FinishLine compared to other boat shoes . I know I'm gonna be really upset if I see people rockin' these the wrong way . Some people know how to kill fashion with one outfit smh . Somebody needs to school these heads . Intersection Magazine and Hype Means Nothing collabs to customize Fiat's 500 compact model car . On the entire exterior are black and white flicks of celebs . This car is flashy . I don't think I could ride around in it , but it definitely is creative . Never seen anything like it . More flicks after the jump . .

These are pretty dope . If they were in black, those would be great . They kind of remind me of Timberland Hiking Boots or Asolo . The Italian footwear brand , Diemme , has made a well-known collection for their quality mountaineering-inspired offerings. The Roccia Vet Boot comes in two different suade colors . The Italian-made boots are available in brown and navy blue colorways over at TRES BIEN SHOP.

Ambitious Thoughts of the Day

first off, i really like how someone asked me why the name of my blog is Abitiously Grindin' and tried to fade me . I laughed because at the end of the day, who's the one doing something with their life and trying to pursue their dreams ? ME , so dudeman can have a seat . ANYWAY on monday i could NOT get up for school since i stayed up until like 4am sketching . but i mean i'm not complaining . i won't sleep until i reach my goal . i've had this blog for a while . . . but never posted . but, i'm dedicated now . i have to start somewhere , so why not on blogger . Tuesday i had a half day and came home and worked until 7pm . My main goal/idea now is to get the sneaker line going . I figured if i focus on one thing at a time, i might accomplish more and not be so stressed . The sneakers are basically "the hood" meeting "the 'burbs" , which is my situation . I moved from a popular city to a small suburb town, which is really weird . People dressed differently, but it gave me inspiration . It was more than they normal "white tees and fly kicks" environment . Being up here in the 'burbs gave me a real sense of fashion . So the sneaker line is like a crossover/transition of two different styles combined in one . I want the sneakers to be my own style, but incorporate some ideas of fly kicks like Supra, Chivalrous Culture, & Greedy Genius. I'm basically done with the sketching stage, I just need a team and people to help me get these made. I'm trying to put together a simple team of people who have a mixture in their sense of fashion and music. My main inspirations for starting the blogs are Ricci Steez, JMillz,Tamar Nash, Diggy Simmons, Lyna Zerrouki, Red Ribbon Army, Adeen and alot more . Today and tomorrow, i'm sketching all day long . Diggy Doin' It Big

I know I was supposed to start blogging on Friday . But when I saw Diggy got signed to Atlantic, I just had to post today . I woke up at 7 , checked my long ass list of blogs and on top was the big news ! I think I was more excited for him , I was smiling all hard like it happened to me . I guess it's just great to see someone you look up to doing it big. Now I just can't wait for his album to drop . I'm coppin' one the first day it drops. Basically, today i woke up with a smile just really happy for Diggy . And on top of that, it was a good birthday gift . I mean shheessshhh ! Gettin' signed the day after your birthday , what could be better than that ? Finally, the new generation is proving to be the next big thing. Diggy , keep your head up and dust the haters off.
